Line In Stereo TO 5.1

I have the following setup

WinXp Sp2
Powercolor Real Angel 330 Tv/FM Tuner Card
Genius Smart Value 5.1 Sound maker
Logitech 5.1 Speakers

Ok i have setup my computer to 5.1 sorround sound, and i can get sound on all my 6 speakers from mp3, (even if theyre stereo), movies, and everything except for line in, which is from where my tv card outputs its audio, so i can only hear the TV or Radio into the front spekars, nothing coming from the rear ones.

Is there a way to force the audio coming from the line-in into the 6 speakers, or at least make it to go to the front and rear speakers ?
