Hi Ya You need installed the shortcut of the software pack not audigy 4 setup shortcut. Uninstalled from Device manager then reinstalled everthing or repair it's that easy to do.
If you really don't care about EQ keep them
I think XFI drivers break the audigy eq not sure. Like I said I don't have fast access to internet to I move into my new house end of march. Then it take me while get my new computer then highspeed.
