ATi Uninstall Util Froze - DriveCleaner to the Rescue?

After installing CCC 8.3, I decided to go back to 8.2. I launched Ati Unintall Utility in the add/remove program. It started to uninstall Ati-related software, gave me an error and then completely froze.

I hard-rebooted my PC and now ATi unintall utility is gone, but obviously it didn't unintall CCC 8.3 because the screen rez remains at 1920x1200.

My question is, "Can I still use Driver Cleaner in this case?" FYI, I'm running XP Pro SP2. Thanks.

System Specs

You should be able to remove it in safe mode. Just boot into safe mode and run driver cleaner.
