AGP versions from HD2600 up, are not officially supported by ATI! Itīs up to the 3rd party makers, to put on their sites the drivers with the updated .inf files so that the card is recognized! if you want copy the inf information from previous working drivers, and place it on the on the 8.3, that should do the trick!
