Hey,
I've taken the links off, basically it's a grey area at the moment. I'm sure our members who really want it will know how to get it.
My advice would be personally just wait for Windows Update version I've already heard a lot stories about RC's labelled as RTM and trojans in the extractors.
Is it worth risking your system for the sake of a few days? Ok then... head to PirateBay

Not really.
Who wants to download sp1 everytime they install the os.
also doing it that way requires 2 reboots even before the sp1 downloads lol
wouldnt it be better to download the full file that has all sp1 + the 2 other files included then slipstread it onto your vista disk

Should be a full download link straight from Microsoft just waiting to become publically aware then.
Unfortunately this service pack cannot be slipstreamed.

sure it would be better to have the full files for future installs, but if curiosity sets in the say that the RC2 Refresh was actually the RTM code. I took the plunge last night to try it out and it shows SP1 no RC info and there is no build number put on the desktop as there was with previous versions.
