He was a good actor I enjoyed several of his films. Sorry to see him go accidental or other wise. Funny how many people you think of as having every thing and they end up crapping out from self inflicted drugs or alcohol.
Seems like if it were 2 prescribed drugs the doctors and pharmacies would have known. When you get a prescription these days all doctor ordered prescriptions show up on the pharmacy computer and conflicting prescriptions are flagged. (I know a pharmacist I do some computer work for)
