its not the intense cold that does that, its the bloody wind..LOL
It was taken right after the bloody storm was over I'd wager

I wonder if that chap or chappette that posted it took that pic..its quite good...almost surreal
as a sailor I have seen such things but it is genuine and bloody cold I bet.
as a lighthouse enthusiast..and yes there really are those. (no jokes please)
I imagined it to be a North Sea lighthouse...and I can put myself there instantly.

i like it when it's so cold out, and the lake ice cracks and heaves shooting out a striaght piller of water that instantly freezes, making a very unique and interesting solid wall of ice.....
some of the best pictures you can take are in the winter or fridged temperatures
