thankyou...but the whole bloody part of suffolk here is apparently some Saxon graveyard I have heard, and there are Roman cemetaries here as well. Not to mention Viking barrows and the odd anchient cemetary from the Doomsday book etc. I think all of the UK is just one big boneyard..LOL.

I think that was the fault of Queen Boudica who was reaping revenge against the occupying Roman armies after they raped her daughters.
Legend has it that she still roams the Red Lodge area seeking the bones of anyone with larger than average noses. I hope you haven't got any Italian blood running through your veins...

Im afraid every day is canadian goose season here. The resident flock here completely dominates the local lakes and pretty much keeps up with the tourists..I have many pics just that the beasts insist on being fed when anyone attempts to take some pics...they are thoroughly domesticated.
