Do You Use Game Patching Proggies?
Do you keep your games and drivers updated using proggies e.g. GameShadow, Xfire, or other means?
If so, are you happy with the way the programs work?

I don't use any. I don't play games that require disks in the drive to play, and I doubt any programs automatically apply no-cd patches.
I also tend to use 3rd party patches to fix bugs when available, which I assume also don't get applied by auto-patchers.
However, if there was a program that would notify me when an update and accompanying no-cd patch were available for my games, and direct downloads for each, I would definately be interested in that.

I did once download Gameshadow and now those damn emails haunt me telling me a week after a driver is out that it's out. I rely on DH for news of released drivers and game updates it has yet to fail me as the quickest source of news

When I buy a game in any form, I always check if there are patches available to download. Same thing if I haven't played the game for a long time.
I don't trust programs that do things for you and related to the internet, for example downloading and/or installing automaticaly patches for games or other software.
