Problems with AVI's ...
Got few AVI's with this thing: Stream has non zero start position of 2 samples
And all the files can't play properly on any player from WMP to VLC it has coed with XVID codec and since vdub don't support that I need some advice how to repair those files....
btw. the files are from animated series called Yo-Gi-Oh! GX great series...

I had some issues with .avi files being created by FRAPS. Had to install DviX to get them to run.

yes I've tested all the tricks in the trade that I can come with ... it looks like the file is not repairable... it has much corruption in video data so I've has to say there isn't much that can be done with freeware aplications...

in the Klite mega Codec pack there is a tool called AVI FIX, might this help you out?

Hobo, yeah I just tested that with no luck ... every program that I've tested loses about 10 minutes of video...
