Problem with Profile Manager and CF

Hello out there

Hope someone here has a clue or an idea about my little problem.
Got a CF 3870 Setup some weeks ago. The setup itself runs fine, can't see any real issues besides the known actual driver problems (no CF improvement in CoD4 and so on...).
But something is a bit boring. I'm using Multimonitoring since a long time and I really love it, so there is the problem, that I can't use it during CF is active (as I can see there's the same problem with SLI either ). In this case I always have to enable/disable CF if I want to play or work. Everytime I switch it in the CCC there's a note that this would be easier by using profiles (I also think so ) but.... it's not proper working I can store both profiles (One with CF enable and one Screen, one without CF and both screens) but if I'm going to switch between the profiles, the following appears:

Switch from non-CF to CF: Second screen first goes of, then also the first screen (normally if CF is going to be enable I can see a blinking cursor for some seconds, but not in this case) goes of. After a few seconds the desktop shows up again (only on the main screen, this works correct) but the CF enable box is now grey and CF is still disabled, so I have to reboot, after that CF is still off but now I just can switch it on.
Boring is: If I just enable CF by using the option in the CF register of the CCC the second screen also goes automatically off, CF seems to be enabled, but the desktop doesn't shows up, it just see the mousepointer after that I have to reboot (which only is possible by pushing the power button, which is configured to shut down the system properly) and reboot the machine again, after that everything works fine. What's interesting: After hitting the power button I can see the shutdown screen from Vista

Other thing is when I'm going from CF to non-CF: This doesn't work either, cause all the settings for the second screen seems to be lost in the profile, so I have to enable the enhanced desktop manually and realign the second screen every time (because its on the left side of the main screen but CCC everytime enable it at the right side).

So I have a working CF setup with just the restriction I wrote above. It's not a thing I'm going to say "Never ATI again" but it is still a bit annoying and I hope someone has an idea to fix that issue or make it a bit better

Here just some informations:
2x HIS 3870 on an Abit IX38 QuadGT running Windows Vista x64 Home Premium SP1 RC1 (the problem also exists without the SP1 Release).
Everything's the same in 7.11, 7.11 Cysis and now 7.12 .

Sounds like its working to me but chosing the wrong monitor as primary since you have them plugged in the wrong way around as far as the system is concerned.

I can't plug it in other ways, cause CF isn't choosing the primary monitor the way you configure it in CCC, it just have everytime the same port on the master card he takes.
Only thing I can test is to connect the secondary screen to the secondary card.... probalby this will help.
