Coretemp on Vista x64

Probably everyone knows already but just in case you don't.

CoreTemp 0.95.4 Beta & Vista x64

Make sure before you start the actual "CoreTemp.exe", you run "coretemp-startup.bat"

This will load the CoreTemp driver and thus will allow CoreTemp to function normally without having to disable driver signing

Currently, immediately after playing Crysis or other game I'm in the high 50's (about 58/59) on the stock cooler at stock speed. I've ordered the Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120 and new fans for my case though. ETA on the 27th. Depending on how the temps go I may upgrade to a new case as the one I am using is bit old and cramped and I reckon not cooling so well as I would like (Lian LI PC60). But I shall see after my Thermalright is installed.

it now seems to be more important than before that you should really invest some chunk of money into a computer case, there are so many many good computer cases available today than ever before.

Yup. I've already got the Cooler Master Cosmos in my 'virtual shopping basket'. It's getting excellent reviews from everyone and I'll have heap-loads of 120mm fans ready for it lol.
