Ipod query?

I don't own an ipod so i can't answer this question my sis asked me.

She already owns a 30G ipod Video to store her music etc..

She wants to upgrade to the ipod touch just after xmas and give her partner the ipod video.

So the question is seeing as she already has itunes on her pc is it possible to sync both ipods from one itunes profile?

Or is it possible to have two profiles setup within itunes.

as far as I know the DRM music won't play on the new ipod. but non-DRM music should not give any issues using just one profile. but they can make multiple playlist's in itunes and sync them to the ipods.

She don't buy DRM protected music.They all come from either p2p or just copied to itunes via cd.
