its not a song yet, but
i only started writing poems through song writing, so many of my writings have a song like quality, they need a bit of work to turn them either one way or the other. i wrote this for friend who was having a bad time with relationships and all that stuff, she seems allright last time i saw her. |

I kind of used to the same myself, till I could hold my hand on the frets, just strum now and then, but Yeah I agree, it is easier I suppose to use melody and chords to find your poetic truth.

i think a lot of peotry is very musical and in its own way harmonious.
Its a great way to get inspiration going, just jamming away for a bit on a guitar or something. I do it both ways, sometimes just paper other times with instruments or tracks allready recorded. Last edited by Esaz666; Nov 5, 2007 at 02:34 PM. |
