I was going to ask for an address book type of program for windows XP. I don't use Outlook.
Then by almost an accident I checked under Accessories in the Start Menu and there was an Address Book program. I said something to the extend of WTF? and it looks like a program like I am looking for. It saves the files as .wab and I have never seen this before IIRC.
When how what? I don't remember ever downloading any such program. Was it part of some Windows Update or what?
normally the wab.exe is stored in \Program Files\Outlook Express, i think.
R-click the Address book shortcut, then go to Properties, and check the Target/Start in boxes.
