Need help with drivers for Network Adapter

I'm having problem finding drivers for Digitus DN-1001G Network Adapter... Windows doesn't recognize drivers on CD that was in box or when I download them from manufacturer's site. I also tried downloading Realtek drivers since card had Realtek 8139D chipset.

I think that problem is that my Hardware ID is PCI\VEN_1088&DEV_2031 and I can't find that line in any driver I downloaded. Now, when I went to replace card they tested it and Windows normally found driver without even inserting CD (on their PC).

I tried reinstalling Windows XP Pro with SP2 and plugging it into different PC but no luck.

Can someone please help me or give me drivers I need?

Have you tried an INF hack ?

The RTL8139P entries cover "8139C+", so I'd be inclined to copy/edit the first occurence of that in sections:

[Realtek]
....
%RTL8139P.DeviceDesc% = RTL8139P.ndi, PCI\VEN_1088&DEV_2031

[Realtek.NTx86.5.1]
....
%RTL8139P.DeviceDesc% = RTL8139P.ndi, PCI\VEN_1088&DEV_2031

Hmm... Driver does install but I can't access my another computer (I'm sure I did everything right) and LAN is always enabled even when I plug out cable... I guess it isn't compatible with this drivers.

I also tried modifying DN-1001G official driver and same thing happens...

(If this is indeed an expansion card and not built into a motherboard) Take the card out and see if you can find an FCC number on it. Try looking up drivers or the proper model name by searching for this number.

Have you tried having windows manually install the driver from it from a directory you set?
