you have been reading the Windows Anytime Upgrade FAQ's?

reading that, is a bit confuse me too much alright. it's sound like you are going to have to purchase a new upgrade, or new product key again?
i don't know, but what is my prediction based on your exact situation is what is going to really happen is you won't have to get another upgrade.
