i'm an advid dispiser of anything RealPlayer or Quicktime....

I actually distaste the DivX players.. .or actually mostly ALL player types.

Winamp is my choice alongside Windows Media player..

I go and get DivX and install only the webplayer and codec, get Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative, install them so that windows media player runs them all.. zero issues, fast... and no BS extra crap running in the background.

sorry..

To each thier own though.

I installed the Real Player (don't know which version it was) just once a few years ago. It was so horrible that I deleted it almost instantly and I will never ever install anything "Real".

I've been using the MPC since then for all videos and DVDs. Winamp for music.
