ATI AIW x800xl TV Problems- Audio, "No Signal"

Well folks, ATI's horrible set of drivers and programs have finally inhibited my ability to be productive on their card. My third AIW, and now this:

This is a PCI-E ATI All In Wonder X800XL, and has worked fine in regular use for my TV since... well since I bought it over a year ago. Now, I updated the drivers, and the TV still worked. I tried a VCR hooked up via RCA cables (Red yellow white, I think thats RCA) through the domino thing into my card. I get horrible crackling audio on one cassette. I try another, the image is looping about 3 seconds of footage, except the top inch or so: there you can see whats behind it. Also, the closed captioning is magically on now, and its displaying the current audio. Well, what would be current, because I hear looping audio to match the video from my speakers.

So, I try my cable tv again (coming in through the coaxile cable) and it works fine. I restart my computer (normally an easy fix) and start up TV. Well, now I have no picture, and only audio. Still crackling audio from the VCR, but no picture. And no picture on the cable. I tried scannign for channels again, now I just get the audio on the cable with NO SIGNAL written over it. I tried Media Portal to watch TV, and it said "Cannot read graph." (or something simmilar to that) when I tried to set the capture card. I'm currently running 9.16 for the multimedia center, and the Catalyst driver is 7.6.

So, all in all, i'm in trouble. Can someone help?

H3X4D3C1M4L will become famous soon enough
System Specs

Undo what you did. Just uninstall all the ATI drivers and software then install the ones you had before.
