Your system is fully updated, right? And are you using something like SpywareBlaster, Spyware Guard, or Spybot S&Ds immunization aspect? If so, that's good news for a good porition of my clients... at least the ones that use Outlook Express. A large part of my customer base are corpororte users, and they use either Outlook (2000-2003 with a few 2007), or Lotus Notes.
Oo.. something I just realized. Almost all the cases I dealt with today, the clients didn't have Windows Defender installed on their machine.
BTW, just to let people know that the majority of AV software my clients have installed are Symantecs Corporate Anti-Virus (along with BlackICE), BitDefender 8 Free (dumbass client won't spend a penny to protect their asse(ss)ts... cheap bastards), or AVG Free (ok.. these guys.. they can't afford anything.. so.. I won't blast them for going cheap). There's still PC-Cillin, McAfee, and Panda in there too, but I haven't dealt with those guys yet. So, I still have to test out a dozen or so AV software to be sure none of their anti-spyware aspects are going to interfere with Outlook if people have IE7 and that patch installed.
