No Email or Link for Download
Hi:
I just bought driver cleaner and never receieved an email or a link for downloading the program. What do I do? Thanks Barb |

Someone will be able to answer your question shortly but just to confirm you did purchase it from Drivercleaner.net and not drivecleaner.com correct? The latter (drivecleaner) IS NOT a Driver Heaven product its in fact malicious software.

Same thing for me, just purchased it from the site, and recieved no email or link to download...what gives?

If the payment is right then you always would receive an email from paypal or the credit card payment system. If you did not get those either then the payment is not completed. You need to keep going, because at the end you go back to our site where you can click a download button and then the payment is completed. When the payment is completed there will be an email from the payment and 1 with the registration information.
Serno and BarbBuckley both you did not complete the payments. Please try it again and keep going. |

Same issue. If I go to try and download, it wants me to pay again. Entered all credit card info, etc. first time.
