Adobe Download site, Impossible to Download from.

Just reformatted an older PC I picked up and I cant for the life of me find a downloadable flash installer. The one from adobe itself continously fails to download. Google search has come up empty as any site just links to abobe. Anyout know where I can download Install_Flash_player.exe from

Hmm...I install Flash all the time as I'm always reinstalling machines and I never have a problem. In fact, I find their site is really fast. What OS are you installing Flash on? Maybe it's a browser setting if it's not installing properly.

Are you running any "sercuity suites" such as Norton Security Suite? If so, try disabling it and then try again. I've seen this happen before with these suites before especially Norton's.

I've hunted all over for you mate but your right it's impossible to find. Only thing I can suggest is it's usually included on the coverdisk of magazines, I did find it on an old PCFormat magazine but for some unknown reason it won't let me rip it. I'll keep trying and PM you if I have any luck.

I've never had any problems either on any browser. Are you getting any specific error message that might help with solution?

It is a direct link to an MSI file which you download and install. Just download it and install it. If your email will allow a 5meg file I can send it to you via email, but I had no trouble downloading this file and installing it as I tested it several times before posting again.
