30" dell 3007WFP Rev2
While i've used a 32/40/52/62" LCD HDTV for a monitor..... anything over the 30/32" as a pc monitor, sitting no less then 2-3 feet away from it, is WAY to much.

19" CRT - Samsung 955DF. Waiting till a 24" widescreen LCD or better is more affordable

21" Sony G520P CRT, runs 1600x1200 at 100 Hz. Viewable area is 19.8" diagonal, so I voted for the 20" option.
I'd like to get a nice 24" LCD, but their price runs about 5x higher than what I can get more copies of my CRT for.

Been using a Dell 2405FPW(24") for a couple of years now and I can't say I've had a reason to look for an upgrade. Not at single dead pixel after years of abuse is astonishing

Hyundai L90D+ @ 19inch and a Gateway FPD2185W @ 21inch all on dual screen. Can I just say what an amazing monitor the Gateway has turned out to be 1680x1050 widescreen, no dead/stuck pixels, lots of inputs including component, s-video, vga and DVI connections plus a usb2 four port hub. My revision2 has 1:1 scaling as well as a multitude of other options. Best of all though was the price, absolute bargain.

19".
Funny how 50% of voters have 17" or 19" monitors on a forum for HW enthusiasts where everybody praises uber-resolutions, SLI/Crossfire and such. I guess there's still a difference between 'talk the talk' and 'spend your hard-earned cash'. Marketing guys, eat your hearts out!

I have multiple monitors. My primary is a 21" CRT. But I also have:
24" iMac (1920x1200)
20" Samsung LCD (1600x1200)
20" Viewsonic LCD (1600x1200)
21" Viewsonic G225F CRT (max of 2048x1536, runs at 1600x1200)
17" CTX CRT (max 1280x1024, runs at 1152x864)
I have learned that I really do need at least 1200 vertical in order to really be productive in Windows.

Well lotsa people have lotsa different priorities... And don't forget all the members who don't always post but still lurk and all.
Me for example, I agree, I have a crappy 5 year old 17" LCD but then again, I have a 42" LCD TV too... My Xbox > my PC

priorities..
and i wouldn't call DH the uber enthusiast place imo, as the major high resolution SLI/Crossfire freaks usually visit other forums that everyone is in the loop (and imo, can usually be jackasses to )

Some people just prefer 17" LCD's that do 1280x1024. They don't need or want anything bigger. I can respect that.
Not all cards can pump enough pixels in all games to run native LCD resolutions of 1600x1200 or higher, after all.

Good monitor, that. Started the 20.1" 1600x1200 4:3 trend.

After my Gateway fpd2185w went funky. I bought my self a WestingHouse 24" L24100NM. So far I love it. Bought a HDMI to DVI to use the HDMI. I still going wow at it.
