razer store
i ordered their new mouse last thursday, right after i ordered it i saw the yhad that nifty cable manager & sent them a email from their contact list asking if there was anyway to get it included in my order to save shipping.
an hour later i got an order confirmation. this had a different email adress to somebody in sales s oi shot him the same question.
a while later i got response to my original post saying it was being looked into, by this time u figure its to late as any changes will bork up shipping s oi sent a reply t othe address supplied saying never mind it was to late. this was all done by early thursday afternoon.
well it is sunday night & i just got an email from razer saying that they have canceled my order so i ca nget the cord manager(wich wasnt that important to me) & that i needed tonotify my bank to stop payment & then reorder the mouse & the cord thingy.
what assholes. i have ordered a LOT of comp stuff & have never had anyone arbitrarily cancel an order without checking.

lol. that was what that strange smell was.. and i thought a fart had slipped out.
while my new tarantula keyboard(the driver setup & directions r lacking) & the new death adder r both terrific products imo, razers storefront experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Since I'm a mouse junkie I just ordered one of the Habu's. I would of picked up the Deathadder's but they're very similar & I picked upt he Habu for a decent price. No, not from Razer either.

I kind of view those results w/ a grain of salt. Plus I've used just about every mouse made.

well i got my 'swag' today. they(razer) sent me a lanyard, a wristband, & a nice t shirt(it is high quality 100% cotton). unfortunately they sent me a different size than the size i gave them & does not fit. oh well.
at least they made the effort. a lot of companies wouldnt have bothered. & i really do like my mouse & keyboard( got the keyboard at directron for $76).
