exclamation not real 5.1 sound

Hi, I have Creative Sound Blaster Live 5.1 sound card and Im using Win Vista 32-bit retail. I have the newest kX drivers (5.10.00.3538), but my sound isnt real DD5.1 on DVDs, from all reproductors goes the same, I thing. When I open the speaker settings on Vista (the default windows settings manager on start panel) and I start the test of speakers, It will write a error, that the test sound cannot be played. I dont know, what to do, pls, help. thx so much! PS: sorry, but my english isnt so good, cause i am from Czech Republic.

5.1 test file

I have an audigy1 - the kx test doesn't work but the 5.1 wma test file from Microsoft does - '8_Channel_ID.wma'.

I'd suggest you make sure you have the latest drivers - 3538m which you need to pick up from a link in the General group not the download page (which confused me but may just be down to age !)

Hope this helps.
