It is recorded in FL Studio as Wave files, right? ...So any Wave editor should do (i.e. Creative WaveStudio, Audacity, etc).

I assume that you mean ASIO4ALL. I am not sure why that did not work for you (I have never tried it myself), but I think even if you are able to record at 44100, it is resampled anyway (except (possibly) in direct recording mode, which I do not think is supported with ASIO recording) because the DSP in these cards are locked at 48000. I am not an expert, and my card is a Live model, so I am not fully aware of all the features that might be supported with your card (i.e. Direct Recording mode and the Creative ASIO driver, etc).
