I find them to be much better than the 8.28.8's. Framerates are much steadier and gameplay is smoother.

I always had issues with the 8.29's-8.32's. After running aticonfig or XFdrake My monitor would lose the ability to run at 1280x1024..and would run at 1156x something at 85z which the monitor does not support. Even copying a known working xorg.conf file wouldn't fix it.

No issues with these except the Mandriva supplied script fails to generate aticonfig & the fireglcontrolpanel..
By saving aticonfig, fglrxinfo, fgl_glxgears and several others from the PLF version I was able to copy them back into /usr/bin and they work fine..
except for the control panel.

I filed a bugzilla with Mandriva since it is their script despite one of the forum mods saying to file with ATI lol even after I copied the name of the script preparer. Since the same issues are in the drivers they include in their Powerpack it was the right place despite his protest.

Nice way to start the year ATI or amd lol.. Now about AIGLX support

8.32s had a bug with Xgl/Beryl for me, causing severe corruption. These ones fix it

Cool, I haven't tried these with 3-D desktop yet.. Maybe that explains why I couldn't get Beryl/Emerald to run but compiz would.
