Radeon + Theatre 550.

The success rate of that combination both hardware and software wise is MUCH higher than AiW's and the AiW's are also a dead brand so you'd get better support with option 2

PandaZ3 is on a distinguished road

We have a ratther big thread compaining about the Lack of AIW Support, plus when you download the divers for a Vivo or AIW card it now gives the 200 series TV Wonder driver, which leads me to believe the 550 would have better features.

It does, the Theatre 550 is actually a decent chip and the cards themselves are actually thought out and from what I read, they work.

Another point is upgrading. If you decide or need to change the tuner, then no need to mess with the video card... or the other way around of course.
